Radix Noel the
owner and manager of Harbour View Apartments, Grenadian by birth,
spent many years living in the UK and the USA working in financial
institutions, and finally succumbed to the call from the homeland,
to come back to the region to build Harbour View Apartments.
Radix can help
you discover the hidden treasures of the area. His love of history
and the Caribbean makes him a great story teller, especially over a
beer from his honesty bar, and
